The signing ceremony took place on 30th June and was formally commemorated at Bombay House, Mumbai, the headquarters of the Tata Group. During the ceremony, Jon Bagrosky, Chief Administrative Officer, Tenneco and Warren Harris, CEO & Managing Director, Tata Technologies, signed the agreement, reaffirming the companies' commitment to advancing technical excellence, digital innovation, and long-term growth.
