Maruti Global Industries Ltd receives sub-contract from KMC Construtions Ltd

Maruti Global Industries Limited (formerly known as Maruti Securities Limited) ("the Company") has received a Sub-Contract Work Order from KMC Constructions Limited for execution of works relating to "Construction of Structural Works, Retaining Walls, RCC Drains, Major Bridges & Flyovers".

The said work forms part of the EPC Contract for "NH-66 Vengalam to Ramanattukara (230+400 to 258+800)" awarded to KMC Constructions Limited by NHAI (Construction Organisation).

The receipt of the above work order is in the normal course of business of the Company and is expected to contribute positively to its operational performance.

The order value is approximately Rs. 22.99 Crores.

Shares of Maruti Global Industries LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 42.01 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 592 in over 20 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 42.20 and intraday low of 42.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 24915.00.
