Patel Integrated Logistics Limited recomemnds final dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of directors of Patel Integrated Logistics Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.40/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each (4%) for the financial year 2025-26(for previous year i.e. 2024-25 Rs. 0.30/- per equity share). The Dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing 64th Annual General Meeting will be paid / dispatched (subject to deduction of tax at source) after the AGM and within 30 days of its declaration.
