The Board of Directors of Axtel Industries Ltd, at their meeting held on Thursday, 7th May, 2026, have recommended that the interim dividend of ₹12.00 (Rupees Twelve only) per equity share, as declared by the Board at its meeting held on 2nd March, 2026, be considered for recommendation as the Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
