Craftsman Automation Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 11.25

The Board of Directors of Craftsman Automation Ltd at their meeting held on 7th May, 2026 has approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs.11.25 per equity share of Rs.5 each (225%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the 40th AGM. In this regard Register of Members of the Company will be closed from Friday, 17th July, 2026 to Thursday, 23rd July, 2026(both days inclusive).
