Onward Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of directors of Onward Technologies Ltd has recommended the payment of Final Dividend of ₹ 8/- (Rupees Eight only) per equity share having face value of ₹ 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
