Citizen Infoline Ltd is now Citizen Solar Ltd

Pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation duly sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, the Company had applied to the Registrar of Companies for change of its name.

The Registrar of Companies has approved the said application, and accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed from "Citizen Infoline Limited" to "Citizen Solar Limited" with effect from the date of issuance of the fresh Certificate of Incorporation.

The revised name of the Company shall be reflected in all records, filings, and correspondences going forward.
