Force Motors Reports April 2026 Sales Figures Amid Strategic Product Transition

Force Motors Limited, a key player in the Indian commercial and utility vehicle space, has released its sales data for April 2026. The company reported total sales (Domestic + Export) of 3,113 units, reflecting a marginal 4.36% decline compared to the 3,255 units sold during the same period last year.

While domestic volumes saw a slight contraction, the company's export performance remained a bright spot, showing strong double-digit growth.

The company's portfolio-which includes Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV), Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), Utility Vehicles (UV), and Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV)-performed as follows:

Domestic Sales: Force Motors sold 3,053 units in the Indian market, a decrease of 4.89% from the 3,210 units recorded in April 2025.

Export Sales: International shipments reached 60 units, marking a significant 33.33% increase over the 45 units exported in the previous year.

Consolidated Sales: The combined volume stood at 3,113 units, compared to 3,255 units in the prior year.

Supply Chain and Labour Constraints

The company noted that production and distribution volumes were affected by ongoing supply chain constraints and labor shortages across various supply channels.

Strategic Launch of New "Force Traveller N Range"

A primary driver for the temporary volume dip was the company's transition to its next-generation platform. Force Motors officially launched the New Force Traveller N Range on May 5, 2026. Production for this new lineup commenced in April 2026, leading to a planned ramp-up phase.

The company confirmed that it will transition its entire production to this new range effective May 2026. The temporary impact on April volumes is attributed to the phased discontinuation of older models and the calibration of assembly lines for the new platform.
