NBCC (India) Limited Secures Multi-State Work Orders Worth ₹176.28 Crore

NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise, has announced a significant boost to its order book with the acquisition of new projects totaling approximately ₹176.28 crore (excluding GST). These work orders, secured in the ordinary course of business, emphasize the company's versatility in managing high-value Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments across the sports, banking, and education sectors.

A substantial portion of the new mandate focuses on sports infrastructure in Odisha. The company has been tasked by the Sports and Youth Services Department of the Government of Odisha to relay synthetic athletic tracks for both the main and practice areas at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar. Additionally, NBCC will oversee the renovation and upgradation of five FIFA-standard natural football grounds at the Kalinga Stadium, the AIFF-FIFA Academy, and the Capital Football Arena. This specialized contract includes a five-year maintenance and repair commitment for fully automated drainage systems.

The banking sector also contributed significantly to the new order intake. NBCC has been awarded a ₹54.35 crore contract by Canara Bank for the construction of an office building and residential quarters at Palarivattom, Kochi. Furthermore, the bank has commissioned the company to construct residential apartments in Thrissur for ₹7.46 crore.

Institutional development remains a core strength for NBCC, as evidenced by several new wins from premier educational bodies. The company will execute Phase-B construction at 11 permanent Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) campuses across Odisha, a project valued at ₹50.98 crore. It also secured a ₹2.43 crore order for furniture and internal fit-outs for the JNV Khagaria campus in Bihar. Additionally, NBCC will handle various infrastructure expansion works at the IIM Sambalpur campus worth ₹29.24 crore.

Rounding out the recent awards is a ₹2.34 crore contract from APEDA for the planning, design, and fabrication of its office premises.These wins at the start of the 2026-27 fiscal year reinforce NBCC's position as a reliable partner for executing complex, multi-sectoral government infrastructure projects across India.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 92.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 92.56. The total number of shares traded during the day was 584597 in over 4899 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 93.23 and intraday low of 91.44. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 53965111.00.
