Sobha Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 6

The board of directors of Sobha Ltd has recommended a dividend of ₹ 6/- per equity share of ₹ 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each fully paid-up shares of the Company and pro-rata dividend on partly paid-up equity shares for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend is Friday, July 10, 2026, and the dividend will be paid within 30 days after the conclusion of the AGM.

Shares of Sobha Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1438.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1431.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6521 in over 860 trades.
