The board of directors of Ramkrishna Forgings Limited have declared 1st Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) per Equity Share of face value Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each for the Financial Year 2025-26.
The said dividend will be paid within 30 (thirty) days from the date of declaration. The same is subject to TDS.
The board has fixed Friday, 8 May, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of 15 nterim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 to be paid to the eligible shareholders.
