National Peroxide Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of directors of National Peroxide Limited has recommended the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, @70% i.e. Rs 7/- (Rupees Seven Only) per equity share of Rs 10.00/- each to be declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if declared, will be paid (subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes) within the timelines prescribed under the law.
