MAS Financial Services Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of directors of MAS Financial Services Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.75 per Equity share i.e. 7.5% of the face value of Rs. 10/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date on which Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026 and the date from which dividend will be paid or demand draft / warrants thereof will be dispatched to the shareholders, if approved by the shareholders shall be announced in due course.
