Ion Exchange India Ltd Partners with MANN + HUMMEL for Advanced Membrane Technology Transfer

Under the terms of the agreement, MANN + HUMMEL will transfer technical know-how, including specialized manufacturing processes and formulations, to Ion Exchange. The partnership focuses on two primary technological areas:

PVDF Ultrafiltration (UF) Membranes: Production of advanced hollow fiber membranes and integrated UltraSKID systems.

Manufacturing and Integration

The production will be housed at Ion Exchange's existing state-of-the-art HYDRAMEM® facility in Goa, which is undergoing expansion to accommodate these new lines. Ion Exchange will manage the full lifecycle of these products-from manufacturing and system integration to final commercialization.

Consideration: Ion Exchange will pay a technology transfer fee of 7.5% on the revenue generated from the manufactured products.
