Gopal Iron and Steels Company Gujarat Ltd is now Castora Agri Commodities Ltd

Pursuant to the application made by the Company with regard to the proposal for change of name of the Company, the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre (CPC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved and issued the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 28th April, 2026 i.e., today.

The name of the Company stands changed from "GOPAL IRON AND STEELS COMPANY (GUJARAT) LIMITED" to "CASTORA AGRI COMMODITIES LIMITED" with effect from 28th April, 2026.

Shares of GOPAL IRON & STEELS CO.(GUJARAT) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 16.24 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.66. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29949 in over 74 trades.
