Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd signs MoU with Complus Systems Pvt. Ltd. and JV Micronics

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited ("PARAS") has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Complus Systems Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru ("Complus Systems") and JV Micronics, Faridabad ("JV Micronics").

PARAS, Complus Systems, and JV Micronics will integrate their respective expertise to collaboratively promote and pursue opportunities both in India and internationally for the design, development, manufacturing, installation, and servicing of Anechoic and Semi-Anechoic Chambers.

PARAS will serve as the consortium leader, overseeing the design, development, manufacturing, and installation of the Chambers, along with the associated Filters and Engineered Points of Entry. In addition, PARAS will coordinate business development activities, represent the consortium in external engagements, and provide overall strategic direction.

Complus Systems offers comprehensive technical expertise tailored to project requirements, including instrumentation procurement, engineering support, and active participation in project execution.

JV Micronics contributes manufacturing, integration, and support services for RF absorbers and related products and solutions as part of consortium projects.
