Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 270

The Board of Directors of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited at its meeting held today, has approved second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 of Rs. 270/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

The board fixed Thursday, May 7, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend and decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Thursday, May 21, 2026 to the Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as at the close of business on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Shares of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8133.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7925.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11423 in over 3314 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8171.85 and intraday low of 7835.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 91476161.00.
