Amal Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Amal Ltd have recommended a final dividend of 15% (₹ 1.50 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2026 which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 14, 2026 accordingly, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from August 01, 2026 to August 07, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the members to receive dividend.

After the approval by the members at the AGM, date for payment of dividend will be on or after August 19, 2026.
