Maharashtra Scooters Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 60

The Board of directors of Maharashtra Scooters Limited at its Meeting held on 22 April 2026 considered and recommended the final dividend of Rs. 60 per equity shares, for the year ended 31 March 2026, subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing AGM.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, has been fixed as Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
