Alka India Ltd is now Audroc Ltd

Pursuant to the application made by the Company, the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre (CPC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved and issued the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 21st April, 2026 i.e., today.

The name of the Company stands changed from "ALKA INDIA LIMITED" to "AUDROC LIMITED" with effect from 21st April, 2026.
