Pursuant to the approval of the shareholders and approval of the Registrar of Companies, the name of the Company has been changed from "Triton Corp Ltd" to "HOMRE LIMITED", and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Registrar of Companies.

Further, BSE Limited vide its Notice No. 20260420-7 dated April 20, 2026 has informed that the change in the name of the Company will be effective on the Exchange platform w.e.f. April 24, 2026.

Accordingly:

- The name of the Company stands changed to "HOMRE LIMITED" w.e.f. April 24, 2026
- The Scrip ID of the Company has been changed from "TRITON" to "HOM"
- The Abbreviated Name has been changed to "HOM"
- There is no change in the ISIN of the Company.

Shares of Triton Corp Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1.89 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 317883 in over 638 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1.89 and intraday low of 1.73. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 593541.00.
