USFDA inspection at Cipla Ltd's manufacturing facility in Goa, India

The USFDA has conducted an inspection at the Company's manufacturing facility in Verna, Goa, India from 6th to 17th April 2026. The inspection was a routine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) inspection and a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI).

On conclusion of the inspection, the Company received two (2) inspectional observations in Form 483. The Company will work closely with the USFDA and is committed to address these comprehensively within stipulated time.

Shares of Cipla Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1238.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1230.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 361921 in over 4230 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1244.80 and intraday low of 1224.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 447304428.00.
