The company has secured additional space at the Shivaji Stadium Metro Station (R Cube Place) through a sub-licensing agreement with R Cube Projects Private Limited and Spirit Infrastructure Private Limited.

Additional Space: Approximately 13,075 sq. ft. (covered area) and 20,115 sq. ft. (super area).

Tenure: The agreement is for a long-term period of 9 years.

Lock-in Period: A mandatory lock-in of 4 years plus a notice period.

Possession Date: Scheduled for June 01, 2026, with a 75-day fit-out period starting from possession.

This Phase-2 expansion follows the company's earlier initiatives to capture high-demand commercial real estate in central business districts. By expanding at the Shivaji Stadium Metro Station-a major transit hub-Nukleus aims to provide high-accessibility managed office solutions to corporate clients and startups alike.
