NGEL Signs MoU with PTC India Limited for Collaboration in Sale of Renewable Energy Power

NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PTC India Limited on 31st March 2026.

The MoU has been signed for Exploring the possibilities of power sale of Renewable Energy (RE) to PTC India Limited through bilateral arrangements and other market mechanisms.

The MoU was signed by Sh. Sarit Maheshwari, CEO (NGEL) and Dr. Manoj Kumar Jhawar, CMD (PTC) India Limited in the presence of senior officials of NGEL and PTC India Limited.

Shares of NTPC Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 92.46 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 95.01. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1200330 in over 9156 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 96.90 and intraday low of 91.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 113496058.00.
