Share India Securities Limited has posted a strong financial performance for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by robust operational growth across its core share broking, trading, and lending verticals.

Consolidated Total Income: ₹45,155.38 Lakhs, marking a 31% year-on-year growth compared to ₹34,460.59 Lakhs in Q1 FY26.

Consolidated Net Profit: ₹12,441.08 Lakhs, recording a 47.4% surge from ₹8,437.72 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

First Interim Dividend: The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (Face Value ₹2/- each) for Q1 FY27.

Operational Scale: Average Daily Turnover reached ₹90 Billion during the quarter, with total broking clients standing at 48,061 and institutional clients rising to 212.

Robust Operational and Financial Growth

During the quarter under review, consolidated revenue from operations expanded to ₹44,809.22 Lakhs, supported by higher net gains on fair value changes (₹26,886.91 Lakhs), interest income (₹7,990.28 Lakhs), and fees and commission income (₹4,421.38 Lakhs). Total consolidated expenses stood at ₹28,776.68 Lakhs, leading to a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹16,378.70 Lakhs, up significantly from ₹11,069.88 Lakhs reported in Q1 FY26.

Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) on a consolidated basis stood at ₹5.67 for the quarter, up from ₹3.86 in Q1 FY26.

Segment-Wise Performance

The Share Broking and Trading Business remained the primary revenue driver, contributing ₹42,658.02 Lakhs to total segment revenue and yielding a segment profit before tax and finance charges of ₹18,845.75 Lakhs. Margin Trading Facility (MTF) AUM surged 47.8% year-on-year to reach ₹4,655 Million.

NBFC Business: Recorded segment revenue of ₹1,456.64 Lakhs with a total loan book of ₹2,682 Million and disbursements of ₹799 Million. Asset quality improved, with Gross NPA declining by 25 bps quarter-on-quarter to 4.05% and Net NPA falling by 40 bps to 2.26%.

Merchant Banking: Generated segment revenue of ₹503.06 Lakhs, up sharply from ₹272.40 Lakhs in Q1 FY26.

Technology & Insurance: Technology Services and Insurance Business contributed ₹368.79 Lakhs and ₹168.85 Lakhs to segment revenues, respectively.

Mutual Fund Business: Total Assets under Administration (AUA) reached ₹2,307 Million, serving 19,632 customers.

Balance Sheet Strength & Ratios

As of June 30, 2026, Share India Securities reported a consolidated Net Worth of ₹2,78,032.28 Lakhs with total segment assets expanding to ₹4,74,910.14 Lakhs.

Standalone Performance

On a standalone basis, the company earned a total income of ₹35,355.47 Lakhs for Q1 FY27, compared to ₹27,679.71 Lakhs in Q1 FY26. Standalone Net Profit after Tax increased to ₹9,085.39 Lakhs compared to ₹6,872.91 Lakhs in the year-ago period, delivering a basic EPS of ₹4.15 per share.
