Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited at its meeting held on 26.03.2026, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs.8/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2025-26. The interim dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before 25th April 2026.

The Board has fixed Thursday, 2nd April 2026 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend. The Board meeting commenced at 3:00 PM and concluded at 04:15 PM.
