Aster DM Healthcare Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Aster DM Healthcare Limited at its meeting held today i.e., Thursday, March 26, 2026, considered and declared interim dividend of Rs. 3/- per share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid, for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

Further, the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the shareholders to the interim dividend, as declared by the Board of Directors, shall be Friday, April 3, 2026, and dividend shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from date of declaration of the interim dividend.
