Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Ltd acquires land in Goa

Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Limited (Formerly known as Cupid Trades and Finance Limited) has completed the execution and registration of a Sale Deed on March 24, 2026 before the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar in the State of Goa.

Consequent to the registration, the Company has acquired land admeasuring 32,160 sq. meters in the State of Goa. The said land is proposed to be utilized for setting up an alcobev manufacturing unit of the Company.

This acquisition is in line with the Company's long-term strategic objective of establishing substantial own production facilities and strengthening its position as a major player in the industry.

Shares of Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 20.78 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 21.76. The total number of shares traded during the day was 333667 in over 734 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 22.80 and intraday low of 20.68. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6983836.00.
