NTPC Green Energy Limited inks MoU with Nxtra Data Limited for development of RE Projects

NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nxtra Data Limited (Nxtra) on 24th March'2026 at NTPC Bhawan, New Delhi. The MoU was signed by Sh. Sarit Maheshwari, CEO (NGEL & NTPC REL) and Sh. Ashish Arora, CEO (Nxtra).

The MoU aims to explore business opportunities of mutual interest towards development of Renewable Energy Projects for the supply of RE RTC power to Nxtra Datacenters on PAN India basis for their captive consumption.

Shares of NTPC Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 96.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 101.21. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1970787 in over 15339 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 100.47 and intraday low of 93.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 190370523.00.
