Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has approved the recommendation of final Dividend at Re.1/- per equity share having a face value of Rs. 1/­ each (i.e., 50 %) for the FY 2025-26. The dividend upon approval by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 272.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 263.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 334221 in over 4932 trades.
