Five-Star Business Finance Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Five-Star Business Finance Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of INR 2/- per equity share of the Company ( 200% of face value i.e INR 1/-), for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 for approval of members at the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Final Dividend, if declared by members, will be paid to those members whose names appears in the register of members as on the record date, within 30 days from the date of 42nd Annual General Meeting.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, has been fixed as Friday July 31, 2026.

Shares of Five-Star Business Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 500.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 511.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42481 in over 2044 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 521.35 and intraday low of 496.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21490709.00.
