ITCONS E-Solutions Ltd bags new UPSIDC contract

ITCONS E-Solutions Ltd has bagged a new contract by the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (UPSIDC), Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department Uttar Pradesh to provide 159 resources for a period of Two (2) year.

The total contract value is INR 153720150.19 (Rupees Fifteen Crore Thirty-Seven Lakh Twenty Thousand One Hundred Fifty and Nineteen Paise Only) inclusive of all taxes and duties.

The contract is scheduled to commence on March 16, 2026 and shall remain in force until March 15, 2028 unless extended further by mutual agreement between the parties.

This contract marks a significant milestone for our Company and reflects the continued trust placed in us by Government agencies.

Shares of ITCONS E-Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 366.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 369.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16600 in over 67 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 368.50 and intraday low of 344.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5932180.00.
