Virya Resources Limited (formerly Gayatri Tissue & Papers Ltd) executed a Management and Strategic Partnership Agreement with its holding company Magma Capital Resources Pte. Ltd., Singapore on February 27, 2026.

Agreement Scope and Duration

The 3-year agreement (extendable by mutual consent) grants Virya management and operational rights over specified Magma Group businesses. Virya serves as Lead Manager without any ownership or voting rights transfer.

Financial Structure

Virya receives 51% of Net Operating Margin (NOM) from the managed businesses. This performance-based model aligns incentives for operational excellence.
