Waaree Forever Energies Pvt Ltd receives LoA from SECI for 300MW wind power project

Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited ("the Company") has received intimation of Letter of Award ("LoA") on February 24, 2026 from Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited for development of 300MW Wind Power Project in Dwarka, Gujarat.

The Power Purchase Agreement is valid for 25 years from scheduled Commencement of Supply Date.

Shares of Waaree Energies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3025.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2915.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 173820 in over 14586 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3047.00 and intraday low of 2897.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 516623066.00.
