KNR Constructions Limited successfully incorporated its wholly-owned subsidiary, KNR Mahabalipuram Infra Private Limited (KMIPL), on February 19, 2026, receiving the Certificate of Incorporation on February 24, 2026.

Subsidiary Details and Structure

KMIPL (CIN: U43299TS2026PTC211740) carries an authorized capital of ₹10,00,000 divided into 1,000 equity shares of ₹1,000 each. KNR Constructions holds 100% ownership, subscribing to the entire equity share capital for ₹10 lakhs in cash. As a newly formed Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Telangana, business operations are yet to commence, so size and turnover data remain not applicable.

Project Objectives

The subsidiary focuses on construction and engineering activities for the "Construction of Four Lane Elevated Corridor along East Coast Road (ECR) from design Chainage Km. 11+480 to Km. 11/800 (West Avenue Road) and upto Km. 24+780 (East Coast Road) Thiruvanmiyur to Uthandi in SH49 on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM)."
