Techknowgreen Solutions Wins ₹2.15 Cr Work Order from Anaya Consultancy

Techknowgreen Solutions Limited (BSE: 543991, TECHKGREEN) has secured a work order valued at ₹2,14,50,000 (₹2.15 crore) from Anaya Consultancy Services, announced on February 20, 2026.

The domestic contract encompasses comprehensive regulatory and technical services: obtaining Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate (via Maitri Portal and MPCB submissions, site inspections, objection replies); due diligence for NMMC no-dues certificate (property tax assessments, applications); advisory on development period (land records review, MIDC coordination); factory layout/license approvals, Adjudication Order application, Narcotics License procurement, and general consulting.

Execution is targeted within 60 days. Anaya Consultancy, a sole proprietorship of Dr. Aniket Kadam's mother (Whole-Time Director & CFO), qualifies as a related party but was approved at arm's length via Audit Committee, Board, and shareholder postal ballot on July 5, 2025. No promoter/promoter group interest involved.
