BCPL Railway Infrastructure Emerges as L1 Bidder for Eastern Railway Contracts

BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for two electrical infrastructure projects from Eastern Railway divisions.

Sealdah Division Project

Tender No.: ELD-300-WC-31-2025-26

Scope: 25 KV PSI and allied electrical works for replacing overaged capacitor banks at Titagarh/FP and Sonarpur/FP, plus associated PSI works under SDAH Division.

Value: ₹29.0 million (including GST).

Status: Lowest bidder as of February 17, 2026; contract pending Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Howrah Division Project

Tender No.: ELD-125-WC-OT-32-25

Scope: 25 KV Overhead Equipment (OHE) works for replacement of old guy rod assembly under Howrah Division.

Value: ₹47.299 million (including GST).

Status: Lowest bidder as of February 16, 2026; contract pending LoA.
