OnMobile Reports Third Quarter of Fiscal Year 2026 Results and the Appointment of Manoranjan Mohapatra as an Additional Director 

OnMobile Global Limited ("OnMobile"), the global leader in mobile gaming & entertainment, yesterday announced the financial results for the Third Quarter of FY26 ended Dec 31, 2025. The Company also announced the appointment of Mr Manoranjan Mohapatra as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director on its Board for a term of five years, effective February 5, 2026.

Mr Mohapatra brings over four decades of leadership experience in building and scaling technology-led businesses across the telecom and fintech sectors. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Comviva Technologies from 2007 to 2024, where he led the company's transformation into a global leader in Fintech, Martech, and Digitech solutions, achieving significant scale and serving customers across more than 80 countries. His appointment adds deep expertise in technology, governance, and global business leadership to the Board.
