ACME Solar commissions additional 12 MW wind power project in Gujarat

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ACME Solar) through its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Pvt Ltd, has commissioned additional 12MW of the wind power project located in Surendaranagar, Gujarat. This takes the wind project's total operational capacity to 68 MW out of the total 100 MW being commissioned in phases.

The ACME Eco Clean Energy wind power project has been financed through Power Finance Corporation (PFC) & constructed through in-house EPC capabilities of the company by deploying SANY's 4 MW turbines. The power generated from the project will be sold through the 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed between ACME Eco Clean and Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited.

The current commissioning of additional 12 MW was witnessed by GEDA and PGVCL official and the same has been signed in the commissioning MOM. The formal certificate is expected to be issued shortly.

Shares of ACME Solar Holdings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 216.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 221.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45691 in over 1377 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 223.10 and intraday low of 214.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9981035.00.
