The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA"), has issued a Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated 30th December, 2025, approving the change of name of the Company from "KASHYAP TELEMEDICINES LIMITED" to "JUNE INDUSTRIES LIMITED", with effect from December 30, 2025.

The name of the Company, stands amended to "JUNE INDUSTRIES LIMITED" effective from December 30, 2025 and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stands altered to the extent of change of name of the Company. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name issued by MCA and received by us on December 30, 2025.
