Promoter Group of Solarium Green Energy Ltd increases stake

Mrs. Mamta Garg (Mother of Mr.Ankit Garg), a member of the Promoter Group of Solarium Green Energy Limited, has acquired 61,800 equity shares of the Company on December 26, 2025, constituting an increase of 0.296% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

Prior to the aforesaid acquisition, Mrs. Mamta Garg held 76,700 equity shares (0.37%) of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company. Post acquisition, her shareholding has increased to 1,38,500 equity shares (0.66%) of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

Consequent to the above acquisition, the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company has increased to 1,22,25,429 equity shares, constituting approximately 58.59% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

Shares of Solarium Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 235.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 232.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28200 in over 85 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 246.00 and intraday low of 231.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6746490.00.
