Standard Glass Lining Technology Ltd is now Standard Engineering Technology Ltd

The Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), has approved the change in the name of the Company from "Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited" to "Standard Engineering Technology Limited" with effect from December 29, 2025.

The name of the Company thus stands amended to Standard Engineering Technology Limited with effect from the above-mentioned date and the MOA and AOA of the company stands altered to the extent of the name change of the Company.

Shares of Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 149.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 148.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8262 in over 224 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 151.90 and intraday low of 148.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1233445.00.
