Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd transfers stressed loan portfolio to ARC

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited vide its resolution dated December 29, 2025, has approved the transfer of stressed loan portfolio including written off loans of Rs.493.55 crore outstanding as on October 31, 2025 to an asset reconstruction company pursuant to Swiss Challenge Method for a consideration of Rs.34.55 crore.

Shares of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 274.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 270.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9545 in over 396 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 275.70 and intraday low of 262.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2584009.00.
