Ceigall Bathinda Dabwali Highways Pvt Ltd receives Provisional Certificate

Ceigall Bathinda Dabwali Highways Private Limited, subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited, has received the provisional certificate for the project "Development of Six-Laning of Jodhpur Romana (Bathinda) - Mandi Dabwali (Punjab/Haryana Border) section of NH-54 from design Ch. 0.000 to design Ch. 27.400 (design length 27.40 km) in the state of Punjab on Hybrid Annuity Mode".

The provisional certificate has been issued by Independent Engineer received by the Company on December 26, 2025, declaring project fit for entry into commercial operation w.e.f December 22, 2025.

Shares of Ceigall India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 251.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 248.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9252 in over 290 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 254.50 and intraday low of 246.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2314532.00.
