Dilip Buildcon Ltd receives LOA from Adani Road Transport Ltd

Dilip Buildcon Limited (the Company) has received letter of award (LOA) from Adani Road Transport Limited (ARTL) on back-to-back basis for "Construction of Ganga Path connecting Sultanganj-Bhagalpur- Sabour Road on EPC Mode." Employer of the project is Bihar State Road Development Corporation Limited ("Authority").

The Project Cost is Rs. 3400 crores (Rupees Three Thousand Four Hundred Crore only) - Lump sum EPC cost (excluding GST, inclusive of all other costs except specified exclusions).

Shares of Dilip Buildcon Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 466.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 466.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6777 in over 854 trades.
