Astra Microwave Products Ltd inks MoU with Bharat Electronics Ltd

Astra Microwave Products Limited has executed a Memorandum of Undertaking (MoU) with the Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a PSU under Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

The MoU is to collaborate on the design, development and manufacturing of advanced electronic modules, subsystems and systems for defence electronics and aerospace, specifically targeting critical technology domains such as Electronic Warfare (EW), radar systems and satellites.

This strategic partnership aims to strengthen efforts towards fostering indigenous design and production capabilities in advanced technology domains critical to national defence.

Shares of Astra Microwave Products Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 969.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 949.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12648 in over 1012 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 975.20 and intraday low of 945.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12226566.00.
