SJS Enterprises Ltd inks agreement with BOE Varitronix Ltd

S.J.S. Enterprises Limited ("SJS") and BOE Varitronix Limited ("BOEVX") have executed a Technology License Cum Exclusive Supply Agreement ("TLA") on December 18, 2025. The agreement aims to collaborate on the manufacturing of automotive displays in India.

BOEVX will transfer Licensed Technology, Know-How, technical information and provide technical support to SJS for manufacture, assembly, testing, quality control, and supply of automotive display systems.

The collaboration will enable SJS to enter the automotive display manufacturing space using advanced, proven technology from BOEVX. It supports backward integration, enhances product capabilities, facilitates localization of key display components, strengthens SJS's position in the automotive market, and creates a new high-value growth vertical aligned with OEM demand in India.

Shares of S J S Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1676.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1646.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2867 in over 500 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1700.00 and intraday low of 1625.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4793025.00.
