Titan Intech Ltd gets in-principle approval for term loan from IDBI Bank Limited

IDBI Bank Limited has conveyed an in-principle approval to the Company for a Term Loan facility of up to ₹125 Crore (Rupees One hundred and Twenty Five crores only) on 16.12.2025 in connection with Titan Intech Limited's proposed Integrated Electronic Manufacturing Project.
The Company will undertake the necessary next steps in accordance with applicable internal policies of bank and company and the regulatory requirements.
