Tembo Global Industries Creates Integrated Facility at State-of-the-Art Vasai Factory 

Tembo Global Industries Limited (NSE: TEMBO), a prominent player in the industrial sector, has successfully completed and commissioned its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Vasai, Maharashtra.

Acquired in 2021, the 3.32-acre greenfield project spans 250,000 sq. ft. and boosts total production capacity from 15,000 MTPA to approximately 90,000 MTPA a six-fold increase. The plant includes large-scale manufacturing and plating operations, a 50,000 sq. ft. packing section, four truck bays for efficient loading/unloading, and direct highway connectivity for streamlined logistics.

The new facility will consolidate three earlier leased units into one integrated, two-floor building, reducing logistics costs, streamlining workflows, and delivering significant operational savings. Designed with scalability in mind, it will function as a central hub for both domestic and international operations, with ample scope for future expansion.

The Vasai plant will manufacture a diverse range of high-quality industrial metal products such as pipe support systems, fasteners, anchors, HVAC and anti-vibration systems, and prefabricated solutions for industrial, commercial, utility, and OEM applications. It will also handle the fabrication and installation of ductile pipes, HDB pipes, and MS plates, meeting rising demand while maintaining the company's globally recognized quality standards.
