Parth Construction to sell FSI to Birch Real Estate Pvt Ltd

Parth Construction, a partnership Firm, which is the Step Down Subsidiary of B-Right Realestate Limited has entered into definitive registered agreement for sale with Birch Real Estate Private Limited (Embassy Group Company), as per the terms and conditions finalized in Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") already executed in between parties.

Further, the transaction contemplates FSI / PTC sales of 7134.85 Sq meters. for total consideration aggregating to Rs. 117,72,50,250/- (Rupees One Hundred Seventeen Crores Seventy-Two Lacs Fifty Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Only).
